Research Methods: Chicago French Market

 

The project is an in-depth analysis of the Chicago French Market's, a local food hall, existing customers attitudes, motivations, and attributes. We collected 455 surveys to create a proposal to improve local customer engagement. Through data insight, we recommended a monthly midnight social mixer that would be promoted through social media .
